Job Overview
We are looking for a CRM & Marketing Operations Lead to own and improve our CRM and marketing automation ecosystem.
In this role, you will ensure Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo, and AutoMaster work seamlessly together to support lead generation, sales alignment, and customer data accuracy.
Success in this role means enabling efficient, data-driven marketing and sales operations while continuously improving systems and processes in collaboration with local technical teams and global stakeholders.
What You Will Do
- Lead the day-to-day management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), Marketo, and AutoMaster systems
- Ensure smooth integrations and accurate data flow across marketing, sales, and dealer management systems
- Maintain data quality, including deduplication, field mapping, and governance of consent/unsubscribe data
- Build, optimize, and monitor automated campaigns, workflows, lead scoring, and routing in Marketo, building campaigns that increase sales through best practice lead generation and ROI

What We’re After
- Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in Marketing Operations, CRM, or Sales Operations
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Marketo
- Proven ability to manage data quality, integrations, and lead lifecycle from capture to sales handoff
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
