Who you are
To be successful as a Warranty Specialist within our organisation, we believe that you will have;
- A relevant trade or qualification within the automotive or transport related industry
- Background in warranty management
- Advanced Microsoft Office Experience
- Ability to analyse information and provide solutions to internal and external customers
What you will do
This role focuses on establishing the Warranty role using your technical expertise and process development and implementation to support our internal Workshop and Sales Teams and our Dealer Network.
This will include ensuring compliance within the network and providing support to follow Scania warranty protocols. Your knowledge will play an important role in enhancing operational efficiency and collaboration, and assisting our customers in enhancing their business by ensuring their trucks are back on the road swiftly.
You will be responsible for;
- Providing Warranty support and technical expertise to our teams and customers
- Controlling Warranty costs
- Conducting on site audits across our service network
- Create and present reports on Warranty trends
