Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support in facility-related projects (maintenance, refurbishments, minor improvements)

  • Collaborate with network development, sustainability, and e-mobility teams on project planning and execution

  • Assist in updating and implementing the preventive facility maintenance plan

  • Monitor minor contractor and supplier tasks and provide administrative support in organizing work

  • Support the organization of space usage, installations, and resources in existing and new facilities

  • Track and update records on facility compliance with safety and Scania standards

  • Participate in regular facility inspections, document findings, and support repair coordination

  • Administer the Tririga system and generate reports using Quentic software

  • Contribute to identifying opportunities for cost reduction and increased efficiency

Our Expectations

We are looking for a responsible and proactive individual with strong knowledge of MS Office tools.
Advanced English skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a team-oriented mindset are essential.

Additional advantages include:

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD
