What You'll Do
As a valued member of the Fleet Care Team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and support to our customers. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of your client portfolio, ensuring Fleet Care Agreements are proactively managed and delivering positive outcomes for customers through effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration with subject matter experts.
In this role, you will:

  • Take ownership of your allocated client portfolio and build strong, trusted relationships
  • Coordinate, schedule, and prioritise planned maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruption and maximum efficiency
  • Negotiate and facilitate the best possible outcomes for customers and stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver customer reports in line with agreed service requirements
  • Proactively manage and strengthen after-sales relationships, ensuring a positive customer experience and high levels of satisfaction

 

Who You Are
To be successful in this role, you will bring a customer-focused mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You will ideally have:

  • Proven experience engaging and managing a diverse range of stakeholders
  • A strong ability to understand, balance, and meet stakeholder needs and expectations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently
  • Strong organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills
  • An understanding of servicing and maintenance requirements within the automotive industry (preferred)
  • Previous experience within the heavy vehicle, automotive, or a related industry (preferred)
